Step 1:Open the Innovist App, into your logged in account
Step 2:To Delete your Innovist Account, visit My Account.
Click on the icon at bottom (highlighted in Green, in the image below)
Step 3:After opening My Account, go to
Step 4:Delete Account, and select the same.
Step 6:Upon selecting Delete Account, you'll see the below page. Now select Delete Account Anyway.
Once you select this, your Innovist Account along with your purchase history & other details will get permanently deleted. You will need to create a new account to login and access Member exclusive offers and discounts, going forward.
